We process only the data we need:

• Contact form data: the email address or phone number, the selected topic and the message text that you enter yourself.
• Technical data submitted with an enquiry: IP address, browser type (user agent), language and the page from which the enquiry was sent — to protect against abuse and to keep track of enquiries.
• Analytics data on how the site is used (pages visited, device, approximate location at country or city level) — only if you consent to this in the cookie settings.
• Data you send us yourself when you contact us directly by email or phone.

• Responding to your enquiry and business communication — taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry (Article 12 of the ZZPL).
• Protecting the site against spam and abuse (reCAPTCHA, limits on the number of submissions) — legitimate interest.
• Traffic analytics to improve the site — solely on the basis of your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

• We keep contact form enquiries for as long as necessary to handle them, and for no longer than 24 months after our last communication, unless the enquiry leads to a business relationship, in which case the retention periods prescribed for business records apply.
• Google Analytics retains analytics data for 14 months.
• We keep the cookie that stores your cookie preferences for 180 days.

We do not sell your data or disclose it to third parties for marketing purposes. Only service providers that work for us and on our behalf may have access to it:

• Amazon Web Services (AWS) — website hosting, on servers in Frankfurt (Germany);
• the email service provider through which we receive notifications of enquiries;
• Google Ireland Ltd. and Google LLC — Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager (only with your consent) and Google reCAPTCHA (protection of the contact form).

The website runs on Amazon Web Services servers in Frankfurt (Germany), in the European Union. When we use Google services, data may be transferred to the European Union and the United States. Such transfers are carried out subject to appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses and the EU–US Data Privacy Framework), in accordance with the ZZPL.

At any time, you may:

• request access to the data we process about you and a copy of that data;
• request rectification of inaccurate data or completion of incomplete data;
• request erasure of your data or restriction of processing;
• request data portability;
• object to processing based on legitimate interest;
• withdraw your consent (for example, for analytics cookies), without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal.

Send your request to info@mixtrade.co.rs — we will respond within 30 days at the latest. If you believe your rights have been infringed, you may lodge a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection (www.poverenik.rs).

The site uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), enquiries can be accessed only by authorised employees with personal accounts, and the system is protected against automated submissions and abuse.
